Hi, I’m Brett.

I’m an Arma, Kansas kid who grew up wanting to be a big time newspaper reporter. Then one day I got the chance to make a living doing social media, and life was never the same.

I got my start in social media at USD 250, then spent nearly a decade at Pittsburg State University. Along the way, I helped a variety of businesses and organizations with their social media in a freelance (side gig) capacity.

In April 2022, I set out on this full-time freelance journey as a way of trying to help as many local businesses as possible.

I live in Pittsburg with my darling wife, Jaime, and our two standard poodles, Parker and Benedict.
